How the handler console works

1. Sign in with the seat token your admin gave you (in demo mode, click a demo seat below to fill it in). Add your passphrase only if your seat set one.
2. Pick a channel. You'll see only the channels your seat is scoped to — everything else stays sealed.
3. Open a report from the queue to read it, reply to the reporter, add internal notes, attach files, and set the status (Acknowledge → In progress → Close).
4. Compartmentation is enforced by encryption: if you try to open a case outside your scope, you'll get a hard denial — the key simply isn't yours.
