How to use the admin console

  1. Sign in. Paste your Admin token (or demo-admin in demo mode) and click Load — or sign in as an org admin with email + password.
  2. Create an organization (a tenant). Give it a slug, name, brand color, and plan.
  3. Create channels for that org — e.g. an Ethics hotline and a Whistleblower intake. Each gets its own encryption key.
  4. Create seats for your handlers, then Assign seat → channel so each handler can open only their assigned cases.
  5. Share the intake link (the intake ↗ link by each org) with reporters, and give handlers their seat token for the Console.
